01 Purpose of this statement

This Statement supplements our Privacy Policy and applies to personal data collected from you when you contact us, including your contact details and any related information you provide.

The personal data you provide (including your name, contact details, and any supporting information) will be used by Slashiee for the following purposes:

• Responding to your enquiry or message;
• Contacting you to discuss a specific project, partnership, or opportunity;
• Sharing your enquiry internally with the team best placed to respond, with your knowledge;
• Verifying information you have provided, where relevant and with your knowledge (for example, confirming details directly with you before proceeding); and
• Maintaining internal records for administration, reporting, and legal compliance purposes.

We will not use your personal data for direct marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

04 Classes of transferees

Your personal data may be transferred to the following classes of persons, for the purposes set out above:

• Internal team members at Slashiee Pty Limited, limited to those responding to your enquiry;
• Our service providers, including email and data storage providers, engaged to securely store data on our behalf; and
• Government or regulatory bodies, where disclosure is required by law.

We do not transfer your personal data to any third party for their own independent use without your consent.

Provision of your personal data is voluntary. However, if you do not provide sufficient information (such as your name and contact details), we may not be able to respond to your enquiry.

Under the PDPO, you have the right to:

• Check whether Slashiee holds personal data about you, and to be informed of the type of personal data held;
• Request access to and a copy of your personal data held by us;
• Request correction of any personal data that is inaccurate; and
• Request that we cease using or delete your personal data, and to withdraw any consent previously given.

We may charge a reasonable fee to cover the administrative cost of complying with a data access request, in accordance with the PDPO.
